REFUND POLICY

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at rakshitraut1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refund Timeline Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at rakshitraut1@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at rakshitraut1@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
  3. Contact your bank
